This kit has lots of fun elements...ribbon chipboard borders, glitter buttons, die cut photo tags and flowers with coiled cord accents. The kits are easily adapted to your own needs but instructions are included. The specialty cuts such as the scalloped border, photo tags, flowers, flourishes & chipboard borders are all cut for you as shown.

I prepped this tabletop for new stain & varnish but decided to cover it with paper instead. First, I wadded the papers, then smoothed them back out so that they would have a crackled look.
Cut out paper squares, spread decoupage glue, adhere square, then spread more glue on top. I didn't worry about lining them up perfectly since this is a distressed look.
If you have an odd shaped table like I did, make a nice crease at the edge, then cut off the excess. Repeat glue process.
Once all the papers are on & dry, do another coat of glue over the whole tabletop and let dry overnight.
All done! Decoupage glue is not waterproof, so don't set anything wet on it. If you get tired of your design, it can be easily removed with hot water. Get the paper wet, peel it off, then wipe until all the glue is removed.
Supplies needed for this class are paper trimmer, scissors, ruler, small hole punch or paper piercer, your regular adhesive & any dry adhesive for ribbon, blue ink & red ink (to shade paper edges). If you want shiny letters, you'll need Diamond Glaze, Glossy Accents or something similar.
You'll learn how to make these adorable little flowers too add to layouts or cards.
This layout has 2 folding techniques; pleated borders & paper folded flowers. Supplies needed are paper trimmer with scoring tool, scissors, corner rounder, bone folder, adhesive & ink. I used Burnt Sienna but any of the layout colors will work.
